I’m giving my first Toastmasters speech next week, during which I’ll talk about how I went from hating marketing to become a marketing consultant. I wanted to do a test run, and thought I’d film it in case you ever wondered, “How’d you get that job?”

Kudos on your speech. I didn't hear a single umm. It was honest, transparent and made me care about you, so I'd say it was a winner.
I've been wanting to try Toastmasters since I'm not comfortable with public speaking and knowing you used this group successfully is a great endorsement for them. I applaud you and I'm sure the live speech will be great. I admire your efforts. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Monica! Every Toastmasters group is a little different, but I've really enjoyed my membership this far. I'm getting a lot of great feedback on each speech.
