Marketing Podcast, Episode 5: Market Your Business & Maintain Your Sanity
Today’s episode features an interview with Crissy Herron Gipson on how to market your business AND maintain your sanity during the upcoming holiday season.
It also has an art marketing segment with watercolor artist Lindsey Stauffer and author of The Highly Sensitive Person and The Highly Sensitive Child
, Dr. Elaine Aron.
Despite having received huge accolades in the past few years, watercolor artist Lindsey Stauffer still feels uncomfortable talking about her achievements.
“Part of me just feels like I’m just tooting my own horn,” Stauffer says. “I don’t particularly mind that [people] know what I’ve accomplished, but I hate to be the one to have to tell them. I also feel like a lot of people aren’t that interested, and I hate to force what I’ve done on them.”
Elaine Aron, author of The Highly Sensitive Person and many other books, responds to Stauffer’s hesitance and offers tips to make marketing more comfortable AND more effective.
Last but not least, Crissy Herron Gipson of IndieBizChicks.com offers some advice on how to fit marketing into your busy schedule … AND take advantage of shoppers’ holiday cheer!
Tune in December 15th for another episode of the One Woman Marketing podcast, and don’t forget to leave your comments and suggestions for future shows in the comments section below!

Great to hear Chrissy from Indie Chicks. I think the end may have been a tad cut off
Thanks for listening, Karrine!
The ending did get cut off a bit, but that was an editing mistake on my end … don’t worry; you didn’t miss anything.
Hope you’ll tune in on Monday for an interview with Swirly Girl Christine Mason Miller
