Kel,
This is just the greatest. Thanks for particpating in the project, writing about the project, and being The Hot Momma you are. Thanks, also, to Jennifer at Pink Heels, another amazing supporter and evangelist for women (in a good way).We can't forget where we all met!The online tea room which is Kimberly Wilson's podcast. www.HipTranquilChick.com.

So, this seems like a good forum to say this: We are redefining the meaning of "Hot".One brilliant and insightful case protagonoist wrote me an email saying she felt insecure about not beng pretty, thin, and the rest of the menu we hold out there as the key to happiness. My dream is,in the future,a powerful employer or board chair or politician says, "You know what we need? We need a Hot Momma type in here." And...what they are referrng to has nothing to do with looks. It means a dynamic woman, who gets it, thinks entrpreneurially, and is smart. Not just any kind of smart: Smart on a number of levels. Smart both in and out of the boardroom.

As RockandRollMama www.twitter.com/rockandrollmama says on her blog,"Because you've still got it." Ladies: Everyone is amazed at how much we accomplish in the various aspects of our lives. It's time for YOU to be amazed too.
Happy holidays. You all rock.

Love,
Kathy and The Hot Mommas Project team
