My dream is,in the future,a powerful employer or board chair or politician says, "You know what we need? We need a Hot Momma type in here." And...what they are referrng to has nothing to do with looks. It means a dynamic woman, who gets it, thinks entrpreneurially, and is smart.Not just any kind of smart: Smart on a number of levels.
