Win A Free Copy Of The Book “You Are What You Choose”
“You Are What You Choose” explores the habits of the mind that determine how we make decisions—specifically:
I loved reading about how these “traits” affected people’s behavior in odd and unexpected ways. (Did you know that Mac users are more likely to drink lite beer?) It was also interesting to test my own behavior and see where I fall into the different categories.
My only complaint: I would have liked more specific advice on how to use this information in my own marketing campaigns.

I truly believe that we create our own destiny, with the thoughts that we have and the choices that we make. It would be nice to be able to help direct ” it” a bit more and put it all together to get there quicker!!
sounds like a very interesting book…thanks so much for the give away!
information.I like to find out has much has I can about something before making a decision about it.
I took the test and got the following results:
Time: Ignore the future
Risk: Averse
Altruism: Other concerned
Information: Info costly
meToo: Other-regarding
Now to figure out what all that means.
Stickiness: Loyal
Risk really affects how or what I will do. I hate failure.
Absolutely, you are what you choose. When our daughter was about 18, she was asked what was the most important thing she learned at home. “I can make all the choices I want, but I have to live with the consequences,” she said. Wish I could claim the credit for that knowledge…
Time, or lack thereof, influences my behavior more than anything. I need a course in time mangement!
Here are my test results:

I have to have complete Information on everything before making a decision. Not having complete information on a topic can freeze me in my tracks.. I need to lighten up.
Oh, I wanted to say, your dog is cute!
Time; it seems that I have so little of it.
I think that risk influences my decisions often. I am not a big risk taker, and there can be advantages to taking some risks. I would like to understand my decision making better so I can make better decisions. Thanks!
Altruism affects my decision-making, often negatively, because I tend to give way too much!
Time is a “trait” that most affects my behavior as I tend to act as if it is limitless…and then suffer consequences for that! ;(
Time influence my behavior. I'm always rushing;somewhere to go, something to be done. Nothing can wait.

I think Information influences me. I like to know what I'm getting in to before I see a movie, buy a product, see a concert, etc. so I tend to ask others, read online reviews, etc. Not that I do that for EVERYTHING I buy or for every movie I see, but I do seek information before making decisions quite frequently.
Here are my not too surprising answers:
Time: Ignore the future
Risk: Averse
Altruism: Other concerned
Information: Info geek
meToo: Other-regarding
Stickiness: Independent
